RENTAL POLICY
1. Rental Period
— Standard Rental
The standard rental period is 4 days.
— Extended Rental
The extended rental period is 8 days.
— Delivery Dresses can be delivered to your address. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for delivery. See Shipping Policy page on our website for more information.
Booking and Payment
— Booking
To rent a dress, non-refundable payment of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods.
Changes to Booking
— Changes to Booking
Cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed. Should you need to make any modifications to an existing reservation, please contact us at least 4 (Four) business days prior to the commencement of your rental period. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Dress Care and Handling
— Condition
Please handle the dress with care. Avoid excessive wear, stains, or damage. The dress should be returned in the same condition as received.
— Cleaning
The dress will be professionally cleaned before and after each rental. You are not required to clean the dress before returning it.
Late Returns
— Late Fee
A late fee of $50 per day will be charged for each day the dress is returned past the agreed rental period.
— Extended Rental
If you wish to extend your rental, please notify us at least 3 days before the original rental end date to be accommodated, subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.
Damage and Loss
— Damage
You are responsible for any damage to the dress, including stains, tears, or other alterations. Repair costs will be charged to your original method of payment. Should the dress be damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement value of the dress.
— Loss
If the dress is lost or stolen, you will be charged the full replacement value of the dress, which will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Returns
— Delivery Returns
For dresses delivered to you, return instructions will be provided. Please ensure the dress is packed securely for return.
Customer Responsibility
— Fit and Size
We recommend trying on the dress as soon as you receive it. If you have any issues with fit or size, contact us immediately.
— Responsibility
You agree to follow all instructions and policies outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or penalties.
