What is Black Label's dress rental process?
Renting a dress from Black Label is simple:
— Browse: Explore our collection of designer dresses on our website.
— Select: Choose the dress you want to rent and select your rental dates.
— Book: Complete your booking by providing your details and payment information.
— Receive: The dress will be delivered to your address.
— Wear: Enjoy wearing your designer dress for the duration of your rental period.
— Return: Use the pre-paid return shipping label included in your package to return the dress.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as modifying the rental dates or selecting a different size, please contact us at least 4 business days before your scheduled rental period. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
How is the dress cleaned?
Black Label uses a trusted third-party cleaning service for all our dresses. Each dress undergoes a thorough inspection and professional cleaning before being rented out. After you return the dress, it will again be cleaned and inspected to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
How do I return the dress?
A pre-paid return shipping label is included with your rental package. To return the dress, simply repackage it in the original box or garment bag, affix the return shipping label, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. Ensure the dress is returned by the end of your rental period to avoid late fees.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
In addition to the rental fee, there may be additional charges for late returns, excessive damage or stains, and replacement costs for lost or stolen items. These fees will vary based on circumstances and will be communicated to you if applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 4 days. This includes 3 days for the rental and 1 day for return delivery. The extended rental period is 8 days. This includes 7 days for the rental and 1 day for the return delivery. Any extension must be confirmed by us in advance.
What if I damage or stain the dress?
If the dress is returned with damage or stains, additional fees may apply to cover the cost of repairs or specialized cleaning. Repair costs will be charged to your original method of payment. Should the dress be damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement value of the dress. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What should I do if the dress doesn’t fit?
We recommend trying on the dress as soon as you receive it. If the dress does not fit as expected, please contact us immediately. We may be able to offer other options or assist with any issues you encounter.
What happens if I return the dress late?
A late fee of $50/day will be charged for each day the dress is returned past the agreed rental period. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us at least 3 days before the original end date to arrange an extension.
What if my dress is lost or stolen during the rental period?
If the dress is lost or stolen, you will be charged the full replacement value of the dress. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues.
